Recently I am practice transition in Karate. In the class, my sensi always give me a combination of attack and defense. But I found it is difficult for me to remember them...so I cannot do it fast.

After my review, The problem comes from my standing. My chest is always facing front which is wrong. Because of that, I start confuse which side should I go when I am able to go both sides.

If I turn my chest to side, I could use more strength of my waist and should not be hard to remember to do transition.
